CLARICE CLIFF ART DECO CONICAL SIFTER.

Hand painted ceramic sifter in the Sungay pattern being one of the bazaar range. Cream sifter with bands of green and yellow and decorated with blue, yellow and green flowers. COBALT BLUE VICTORIAN HAMILTON BOTTLE.

A very nice mineral water bottle, large 10oz size example produced in a very attractive cobalt blue glass. The bottle is embossed, Gilpin & co, 137 Pilgrim St, Newcastle on Tyne ,established 1790. The bottle dates to about 1870. Hamilton bottles in blue glass are very rare as most were produced in aqua glass. No chips or cracks just very light wear as you would expect. The metal bottle stand is not included in the price. Close to near mint condition.

MARTIN BROTHERS POT DECORATED WITH FISH AND SEALIFE CREATURES.

A vey nice pot decorated with four large grotesque fish, a strange looking crab, sea snail and seaweed decoration and produced a an attractive brown and white glaze. The base is is signed, Martin Bro London Southall and dated 3.11.98.There are a couple of in manufacture firing cracks which is very typical for Martinware but the pot is in mint condition. Victiorian art pottery at its best. Hight 9cm.
