A very nice silver lamp with the handle terminating as a birds head. Ornate detachable lid. Silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1955 and with makers initials. There is a engraving to the top of the lamp, Royal crown and letter RASS, the engraving is faint but it was probably originally from an army mess. The cord wick is still in place. Very nice condition.  read more
