SILVER SNUFF BOX WITH PESENTATION INSRIPTION.

A very nice Edwardian silver snuff box decorated with a highly attractive floral pattern and with a seven line presentation inscription to the lid, PRESENTED TO MR JOHN CARRICK BY MEMBERS OF HETTON CONSTITIONAL CLUB AS A TOKEN OF RESPECT XMAS 1907. Hetton is a small town in Durum in the north of England and apparently the club was a conservative workings men's club. Silver marks to the inside for Birmingham 1904 with makers initials JG. Fine condition.
