NOVELTY SILVER POCKET WATCH PILL BOX.

Very unusual pill box designed as a hunter pocket watch. Pressing the top button opens the case to reveals a compartment to the right side to hold pills, the left side is fitted with photo frame complete with photograph of a young lady. The cover of the case has simple but attractive line decoration and also the original owners initials ND. Silver marks for Birmingham 1938 with makers initials. Exc++
