BELLERMINE STONE BOTTLE, CIRCA 1680.
A very nice brown salt glazed bellermine bottle standing at 8 inches in total height. A superb crude looking example but with very good detail to the bearded man to the neck of the bottle, the belly medallion is the moor unusual rampant lion design. Handle to the reverse side. Several tiny age nick from the base of the bottle but over all this is a fine example in superb condition. [Condition: Exc++]
