SCOTTISH FLASK, ROBBIE BURNS AND HIGHLAND MARY.
A very long and highly decorated Scottish silver hallmarked flask measuring 17 inches long. The flask depicts highly detailed representation's of the Scottish poet Robbie Burns and Highland Mary, also depicted is Burns's cottage and a bridge with a church to the background. The flask is complete with its matching silver hallmarked stopper which depicts buildings and trees. The hall marks are for Edinburgh 1894 and makers initial of H & I (Hamilton & Inches). There is a couple of small dents to the stopper, other than that it is in extremely nice condition. These flasks / bottles are normally much smaller than this example and are considered to be for perfume, this example being so large is far moor likely do have been for sprits such as Scottish Whisky.
